Dote on Mood Lip Pencil

Heartpercent Dote on Mood Lip Pencil is an over-lip pencil in a 0.8 g twist-up stick with a 5.5 mm rounded tip for a natural-looking lip line. It comes in 25 shades, grouped into warm, cool, neutral, shading and highlighter tones, so you can pick a color for your skin tone. Shades include lip base colors such as 01 Peach Beige and 02 Creamy Pink, contour shades such as 03 Oat Beige, and three Ring Lip Lighter highlighters.

The buttery-soft formula blends easily and is designed to wear long without bleeding. Use it for overlining, lip base, lip shape correction and contouring. The same pencil can also be used on the cheeks, as nose or face contour, or as eye makeup and a highlighter for fuller-looking lips.
