Dote on Mood All Cover Lip Base

Heartpercent Dote on Mood All Cover Lip Base is a lip base that corrects uneven lip tone and texture before color. It is designed to even out stained, purplish or tattoo-like lip color while complementing both your skin tone and lip tone.

The thin, oil-free formula glides on smoothly and fills in fine lines and dry patches without clumping. It uses a Blur Gel Network of elastomer gel and ultra-fine powders to feel light and non-greasy while keeping lips hydrated. A lightweight soft wax forms a thin film so tints and glosses layer without sliding, caking or leaving a white cast. The formula is Vegan Certified.

Nine shades are available: 01 Cream Beige, 02 Creamy Rose, 03 Nudy Pink, 04 Nudy Salmon, 05 Misty Pink, 06 Fig Brown, 07 Vanilla Beige, 08 Nudy Peach and 09 Soft Gray. To choose, test on the back of your hand and pick a shade half to one tone darker than your skin.

To use, exfoliate lips and remove excess oil, apply thinly from the outer edges like a primer, then blend gently with a finger. Layer a point color such as a glowy tint at the center of the lips for a gradient.
